Community Energy Plus are the energy efficiency charity based in Truro, working in partnership with Cornwall Council and OVO to identify suitable properties and work with residents to get the best possible outcomes from this opportunity. Cornwall Council has recently launched a new energy efficiency project using monies secured as part of the Sustainable Warmth programme to help deliver the Sustainable Warmth Grant.
